I have been a Bay Area resident for about 40 years and married for 35 years.  My husband serves as a University President.  Our elder daughter received an MBA from Columbia University and is a management consultant at McKinsey&Company in Europe.  Our younger daughter recently graduated from UC Hastings Law School in San Francisco.

Due to my community involvement, I have considerable name recognition in the area.  I have been a major sponsor of the American Cancer Society & local schools, Real Estate expert on Sound of Hope Radio talk show, frequent organizer of events/concerts, Vice-Principal of the Palo Alto Chinese School, and founder of a semi-professional choir.  For the past 7 years, I have been teaching Tai Chi in Palo Alto, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale.  I perform as a vocal soloist, occasionally conduct my high school alumni choir, and am a member of various church groups.
